SUCCESS STORIES

"I can’t say enough amazing things about Lori Kilpatrick Pediatric Therapy. My 3 year old son has been attending services for the last 2 months and I’ve seen so much growth in him in such little time. The way Mrs. Lori cares about her patients, her knowledge, and urgency to pour into her patients exceeded every bit of expectations I had as a new mom putting their child into therapy. She has made me and my son feel cared for, heard, and seen. I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking to start their child in services."

"Lori was a God send! I had never heard about feeding therapy until our doctor told us to go but I am so glad that someone recommended Lori! She is full of knowledge and has a genuine passion for what she does and it shows! She worked simultaneously with his speech too! Someone just told me today how well he was speaking! For a mom who struggled seeing her three year old not being able to verbalize his needs, it makes my heart leap with joy!"

"Where to start! Mrs Lori is simply amazing and has a heart of gold! My son Bentley came to her when he was just short of being a year old, non verbal and completely quit doing everything milestone wise. She took my baby under her wing and now he doesn't hush ever! Haha we love her and recommend her to everyone! If it wasn't for you helping us get started in the therapy world I don't know where we would be! We miss you!"

"We’ve been with Lori since she first opened her office, she’s been the biggest blessing to our family! Everyone is her office is wonderful! Our babies have been with a few therapist there for years and they all are wonderful."

"My son Brantley loves going to Speech and Occupational Therapy. He’s made a ton of progress and I can’t imagine where we would be without these services! Thank you Mary, Morgan and staff!"

"Mrs. Courtney is amazing with my son Eli. He always gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. My wife and I appreciate the therapy that's given to our son and enjoy continuing to see his speech progress. I highly recommend this clinic for speech therapy."

"My daughter comes here for her speech and occupational therapy. They are amazing! Each one will work with you and your child's special needs! If your child needs any speech or occupational therapies then this is the place to take them! Everyone is willing to help. They are amazing with the children!"

"My son has autism and wouldn’t eat hardly any foods. He has been a patient of Lori Kilpatrick Therapy for many years and is now eating almost every food and his speech has improved tremendously! I cannot say enough good things about his therapist, Amy Hebert! We absolutely love her!!"

"Mary has been our Speech therapist for a couple months now. In that couple months my son has gone from not talking to non-stop talking. The whole clinic is very friendly and they are all great with the kids. Would 100% recommend."

"Feeling completely defeated and at a loss for reasons why, my husband and I took our 16-month-old son to Lori Kilpatrick in hopes of getting answers as to why he had stopped eating. JJ had begun fighting us at every mealtime; he would only drink milk out of a bottle. He was rapidly losing weight and had zero color to his skin. He was irritable, and his sleeping was erratic and sporadic. Doctors mentioned scary things like feeding tubes if we could not get him to eat. Our initial visit with Lori was a success as she discovered JJ was tongue-tied. We had the tongue-tie corrected, but JJ still wouldn’t eat. Lori sent us to have his digestive system checked, and sure enough, JJ is allergic to dairy. Fast forward to today; JJ is a very healthy 29 month old boy who eats like a normal toddler if not better. He has since been diagnosed with autism and yet again, it’s Lori to our rescue. JJ is killing it in speech therapy. We are currently awaiting his start in occupational therapy also within Lori’s feeding and speech facility. Lori Kilpatrick and her services have literally been our safety float in this crazy unknown sea of eating issues and autism. With the services offered by Lori Kilpatrick Pediatric Therapy, we hope to get JJ the help he needs to become a well-adjusted and successfully functioning child in spite of his autism. Judging from our past year of experience with Lori, we are well on our way to achieving this goal for our son.
Shantell and Johnny Moran."

"Having endured so much in such a short amount of time, Luca is my Beckwith Wiedmann Warrior! Starting out with what they said was an airway obstruction, he ended up with both a tracheostomy and a G-tube. Due to this, he had no interest in most types of bottles. This was a struggle for both of us as he would only breastfeed most of the time. At that time I was referred to Mrs. Lori’s practice and I cannot tell you how much this changed our course of action for Luca. She is truly the most amazing person to help us on this journey. She is patient, yet has very good expectations for him. She is intelligent, always finding the best way with our medically complex boy. After working with her, Luca will now take a bottle (I have to add, though, that it has to be breast milk!! Spoiled boy!!). After being so happy with our progress, she then took the next step. Mrs. Lori fed Luca his FIRST FOOD! After being so nervous about it, Mrs. Lori truly made me feel at ease and made it such an exciting experience for us— you should have seen his smile! Both Mrs. Lori and Mrs. Kaylee have Luca hitting milestones that seemed so far away in the beginning and it has taken such a huge weight off of my shoulders as his mom. It is such a breath of fresh air to have people who believe in your child, just like I do as his mom, and push him to meet each goal we set for him. We are so blessed that we found them and I cannot wait to see what the future holds for my growing boy!"

"Anna has been our daughters speech therapist for a number of years. She has developed a rapport with our girl and she looks forward to speech each week. She has made amazing strides."

"We love the progress that my child has had in the past year and a half that he has been working with Miss Mary. She is fantastic with keeping us updated with his progress and makes him so excited to see her every week. He has made great strides and we would highly recommend this facility for speech therapy."

"My first son had problems pronouncing the L and S and sometimes would only say half of a word like "Vengers" instead of Avengers and after 12 sessions he spoke perfectly. It worked great because as we finished his sessions he started K-4."

"There are not enough good words for Lori Kilpatrick therapy center and all of the hard working wonderful staff there. The ladies at the front desk are absolutely wonderful. They are the first faces you see entering and are the most kind, inviting, and supportive (even loving to our family) people you will meet. They play a huge role in not only being apart of the team at Lori Kilpatrick but also just impacting each families lives who walk through that door (ours especially). And then both of our son’s therapists there- Anna W. and Amy C. I don’t even know where to begin with how impressively talented, kind, patient, and even loving these ladies are to our little family.

Our son has received therapy here for about 3 years now. Our first experience was with Anna W. in speech as well as feeding that we started a little later down the road. Our son was over a year old and spoke no words, today he is 4 and his vocabulary and speech surprise not only Anna, but everyone he meets around him. There are not enough good words to say about Anna, she has gone above and beyond for our son in ways I don’t even know how to thank her for. Anna has truly made it feel like she’s family to us and has really helped advocate for our son and been the best with communication. As our son just closed his chapter of speech with her, our hearts ache for having that much less of her wonderful talents in our lives. Her devotion is truly unmatched.

For maybe 2-2.5 years now our son has also been receiving occupational therapy from Amy C. Anna had recommended her services to us with some of his struggles at the time, and we are glad she did! Our son went from scared of dirt, slime, sand etc. to needing some form of it in his life on a daily. He’s even written his own name a handful of times. Amy has taught our son so much- line work, scissors, gripping a utensil, sensory play, etc. Amy has even sent home practice work for our son. While it’s hard to get him to want to engage in those activites for a duration of even 5 minutes at home, I am thankful she provides him with our hardest task at hand for 30 minutes each week. Her hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.

I cannot recommend this place enough. We are a military family and coming and going is hard. But everyone we have interacted with here whether they be employees or parents of the attended children, they have welcomed us with open arms and brought stability, growth, and comfort to our family. As we are due for yet another move with our lifestyle I am truly heartbroken that our chapters are closing with these ladies and I hope to keep in touch somehow to share all of our proud moments of our son to come in the future."

"We are so thankful for Lori and Kaylee and Alaina! When we brought our almost 3 year old daughter home from India, she was extremely malnourished and fearful of trying any food that was not in a bottle. Lori’s patient and playful approach has made Susannah happy to eat and graduate to purées. We are excited for her future! Kaylee and Alaina work hard to never push our daughter beyond her limits, and teach us how to work with her at home so that she can grow and become stronger everyday. We love this place!!"

"We first met Lori about 8 years ago after my daughter was born. There are several people I’m certain God placed in our path to help guide us through the most difficult times with my daughter’s feeding journey. Lori is most definitely one of them. Lori’s compassion and dedication to her patients does not go unnoticed. I will always be so grateful not only for the incredible therapy she provided for my daughter that allowed her to eventually eat solid food, but also for the way she supported me through a difficult and stressful time. Now, my three year old son sees Lori for speech and feeding therapy and Kaylee for physical therapy. He has made noticeable progress in his physical development which helps him keep up with his brother and sisters. It’s so exciting to see his progress! With Lori and Kaylee providing therapy for my little boy, I have tremendous peace of mind knowing he’s in the best care. I’m certain that the entire staff of knowledgeable and compassionate therapists provide excellent care!"

"We highly recommend Lori Kilpatrick Pediatric Therapy. From the very beginning, we have been amazed by the incredible care our daughter has received. We are so incredibly thankful for Kaylee, the physical therapist, and Amy, one of the speech-language pathologists. Since April, right before our baby’s tongue and lip tie revision with Dr. Baxter, they have been by our side, supporting her every step of the way. Their expertise and dedication have been crucial in her healing process, ensuring her recovery went smoothly and that she didn’t experience any reattachment—which was one of our biggest concerns.

Despite her being so young, they were always so patient and gentle, making sure every session was as comfortable as possible for her. We saw significant progress over the months as they helped her transition to solids and improve her overall oral function. It’s clear how much they care for the babies they work with—Kaylee and Amy brought warmth and reassurance into every appointment, making us feel confident that our little girl was in the best hands.

Just a few weeks ago, she graduated from therapy, and while it was bittersweet to say goodbye, we are incredibly proud of how far she has come. Watching her hit new milestones with their support has been a huge relief for us as parents. More than anything, we are so grateful for the love and attention they showed her, and for always making us feel like we were part of a team.

We will always remember the impact Kaylee and Amy had on our daughter's journey, and we’re beyond thankful for everything they’ve done. For any parents out there looking for the best care for their babies, we wholeheartedly recommend Lori Kilpatrick Pediatric Ther"apy!
