Feeding Therapy

Every child deserves to feel confident at the table. Proper nutrition is vital for a child's growth and development, yet for many families, mealtimes are stressful.

Feeding therapy gives children and families the tools they need for success. With compassionate support, kids can learn to try new foods, expand their diet, improve their oral motor skills, and build the nutritional foundation they need to grow and develop. Families often find that mealtimes become calmer, healthier, and more enjoyable for everyone.

Our feeding specialists are all trained in the Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) approach, a gentle, play-based method that emphasizes no pressure and never forcing a child to eat. This approach helps children explore foods in a positive, structured and stress-free way that carries over into mealtimes at home. Our feeding programs focus on developing the oral motor skills needed to chew and swallow, while also addressing the sensory side of feeding. For children with sensory processing difficulties, eating can often feel overwhelming, leading to very limited diets. We understand how stressful these challenges can be for families. That's why we walk alongside you and your child, providing compassionate support every step of the way-helping them build confidence with food, one small step at a time.
